Microsoft’s newly updated Outlook app stores your credentials in the cloud, as well as configuring all of your devices to look like one(iPhone and iPad have the apps but to Microsoft that is one device).
If one of your employees loses one of their devices, there is no way to block just the one lost device. There is also no “opt out” option to stop Microsoft from storing your credentials or information in the cloud. This means that if you use this app for your company, all sensitive information is stored in the cloud with Microsoft, not on your email server and/or authorized devices.
Even when uninstalled and reinstalled, the app already has your information and syncs itself to the cloud.
Be careful about what applications you allow access to your e-mail server.
